Island Grove

Island Grove is a 96-unit condominium located on the seawall adjacent to the City of Galveston Fishing Pier. The utilization of the Gulf views drove the design concept for the 13-story high rise, with each unit given an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico while taking into account any adjacent future developments that may affect these sightlines. Each unit is an 'open plan', both to allow panoramic views and to provide flexible space for the future owners. The balconies are over-sized to make an allowance for a full-sized table of four and the guardrails are designed to provide an unobstructed view from a seated position in the living rooms. Other amenities in the project also include an elevated zero-edge pool, exercise room, roof garden and rooftop party room / bar.
