Goodwill of Central Texas

These projects are renovations to existing "Big Box" retail locations throughout Central Texas. Each center includes a large retail space with dressing rooms and cash wraps at the front of the store and a dedicated back-of-house area to serve as the sorting and preparation workspace for the accepted donations. Each store will have an identity assembled from the pieces of the original prototype with additional entrances and canopy details that tie into the context of the existing details and conform to the various lease restrictions.
