Texan Eye

The program was to create a state-of-the-art 22-exam room flagship eye care clinic and administrative offices for Texan Eye from an existing 19,000 square foot government block building. Extensive interior demolition and coordination was required to accommodate this new use within the existing structure. Exterior renovations included additional storefront glazing and the incorporation of a screened garden as an indoor-outdoor extension of the new waiting area and front desk. These alterations worked closely with the re-branding of the company and drove the final design solution.
